The rents we receive pay for the services we provide for you and other tenants. It is therefore important that everyone pays on time in accordance with their tenancy agreement.  WCH Rents are charged on a weekly basis, each Monday.

There are normally 48 rent paying weeks each year - with four "nil rent" weeks when no weekly rent is charged. The dates of these "nil rent" weeks will be shown on your rent statement and can be found on the Paying Your Rent page of this website.
