The ‘Code of Practice for Sheltered Housing’ accreditation from the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) is a specific ‘Kite Mark’ for sheltered housing services. It recognises the outstanding commitment we have to service standards in Worcester and to making sure our customers receive the highest quality support and care.

To earn the endorsement we had to meet targets and standards set by the CSHS in ten different areas. All are designed to make sure residents get the highest quality of service, independence and environment possible.
