Our commitment to quality has been recognised through accreditation to the Investors in Excellence (IiE) programme.
Managed by Midlands Excellence, IiE is a UK initiative designed to assist all types of organisations to continuously improve all-round performance and results. IiE is linked closely to the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) excellence model, which is used by 20,000 organisations across Europe.
Being awarded IiE is a really powerful way to show how capable we are and also how we are performing. Meeting the standard was very demanding. We were assessed against nine principles in 31 different business areas including customer results, leadership and partnership working. We managed to hit the mark in all of the 31 cate
gories – a fantastic result and one in which we are very proud.
Investors in Excellence is a significant milestone in our journey towards becoming 3 star organisation with excellent prospects. And the journey doesn’t end here – we are constantly striving to achieve more and to make sure our customers get the very best from us in all areas of our work.
